Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Your 20% deposit is essential to validate and prepare your session at Magic Zen.
Cancellation after the 24 hours prior to the appointment: The deposit is due and non-refundable, in compensation for the time reserved and the preparation work performed.
Cancellation before the 24 hours prior to the appointment:
We suggest that you reprogram your session at a later date at no additional cost.
If you prefer a refund, it will be paid net of bank transaction fees. The service charges charged by the platform when paying the deposit are not returned to us by the bank and therefore cannot be included in the refund. You will receive the amount of the deposit received, less the bank commissions applied by the payment provider.
